HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE
I. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT:
Through the supervision of the Chief Executive, Human Resource Management and Develop- ment Office shall be responsible fnor human resource/personal management and development of the municipal government of Tipo-Tipo, Basilan and maintain an effective liason with Civil Service Commission.
II. OBJECTIVES:
Develop a comprehensive and a balance personnel system and programs designed to promote moral, integrity, efficiency, courtesy and implementation of personnel management programs in the municipal government of Basilan and carries out the communication system with the Civil Service Commission.
