I. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT:
1.) Instruct, reviewed and recommend changes in policies and objectives plan and progress,
techniques and practices in agricultural promotion.
2.) Plans supervise and coordinates all agricultural projects and activities of the municipal
government.
3.) Coordinate with the regulatory government agency and assist the basic research on crops
and animals on the preventive control of deseases and pest on agricultural matters
in general; and
4.) Perform such other functions as maybe prescribe by law or ordinance subject to
assessment and gather all data concerning the name; and
